I really liked the hotel's location near the main plazas. It was so convenient! the terrace that came with the room was fantastic too. plus, i found the staff quite friendly and accommodating, a big plus!
The walls seemed really thin unfortunately. I could hear noises from outside and from neighboring rooms. also, the room i got was pretty tiny, with just a small window. the temperature control wasn't directly in the room either. I had to call reception to adjust it.

the location was superb. it was very close to the sol metro station (so getting around was easy). the staff was friendly and prepared a takeaway breakfast for my early departure, such a lovely touch.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear noise from other rooms, a bit disruptive at times.

i found the location perfect it was right next to everything i wanted to see. the hotel staff were great they went out of their way to please me. the hotel was beautiful it had a certain charm.
unfortunately thin walls ruined my stay. i could hear sounds coming from both outside and my neighbours' room. i slept terribly for a couple of nights because of the noise levels i encountered.
